Happy BIRD-day Miss Frances...

Happy BIRD-day to you!
Welcome to the party!
The girls at Paper Pretties are having one of their spectacular
Birthday Blog Hops in honor of ...

our awesome Design Team Coordinator for the Wednesday challenges.

The image I used was debuted a week ago Monday,

I missed out on creating with this feathered friend who was partnered with a friendly pirate.

I chose to showcase what would often be seen as a masculine image, even if for a child,

and put a girly girly spin on 'her'...

it's not pirate treasure that has her so excited;

it's diamonds and pearls and jewels, oh my!




Definitely Pretty in Pink!

It only would have been more suited for Miss frances had it been an OWL.

-I'll have to draw one before next year!

SO HOPPY to be back in my Studio!


It has been 10 days since I've been here...and quite unplanned!
it started last Friday night with a trip to the ER, Sienna ended up being hospitalized and having surgery; kind of an emotional roller coaster. Ian acquired a stomach bug that lasted 5 days and somewhere in the midst of all that I just went down hill...completely run down sick. Those of you that know my daily espresso intake can attest that if I've only had 2 cups since Wednesday I must be sick! Still today- just drinking water or tea. I finally ate a meal tonight. Praying I'm on the road to recovery.
